   View your transcript (in Student Services)
   Your transcript is a record of all courses you've accessed. Courses you've completed are indicated as complete and are ordered by completion date. Incomplete courses are indicated as such and are ordered by the last access date.

To view your transcript:

  1. Click on Student Services from the top menu bar, or click the Student Services link at the bottom of the page, to display the Student Services page.
  2. Click View Transcript to display the My Transcript page.
  3. On the My Transcript page you'll see a listing of all Online instructor-led and Self-study courses that you have completed. To display more detail for a course click on the course link. Click the View Attendance History link to display attendance history for a specific course. If you have completed a course, you may download a personalized Course Completion Certificate.

   Track self-study assessment history (in your transcript)
   For in-progress assessments, the self-study courses section shows the number of completed topics (or, if there are recommendations for the course, the number of recommended topics), the finish date of the last completed assessment, whether the assessment was passed, and the number of questions correct. This information enables you to track assessment history for each course.

   Instructions for downloading your Course Completion Certificate
   After you have completed a course, CompuMaster Online Training creates a personalized certificate which you can download to your drive and print out for display.

To download:

  1. Go to View Transcript in the Student Services page, or select the transcript link on the My Courses page.
  2. On the My Transcript page you will see a list of courses you have attended. All completed courses will have a class certificate link.
    Note: If you finish an online instructor-led class early, or do not login to the class message board at least once every week during the session, you will not be eligible to receive a course completion certificate.
  3. Select this certificate link to go to the Course Completion Certificate page.
  4. Click the download link to save your certificate to your drive.

    Note: Adobe Acrobat (at least version 4.0) is needed to download this certificate. You may download a free copy of Acrobat by selecting the Adobe link and following the directions for plug-in installation.

   Edit your personal information (in Student Services)
   Your personal information profile contains specific information relative to your student account on CompuMaster Online Training. It includes your username, password and email address as well as other important information. You can change this information at any time.

To edit your personal information:

  1. Click on Student Services from the top menu bar, or click the Student Services link at the bottom of the page, to display the Student Services page.
  2. Click Edit Personal Information to display the CompuMaster Online Training: Student Services: Personal Information page.
  3. To update any of the information, select the respective field and enter the new information. When you're finished, click the Submit button. Note: The fields with an asterisk (*) must be filled in.

   Change student options (in Student Services)
   You can change your student option settings to customize them specifically for you. You can choose to enable auto-login, run self-study courses with or without audio narration, and select default registration settings.

To change your options:

  1. Click Student Services from the top menu bar, or select the Student Services link at the bottom of the page, to display the Student Services page.
  2. Click Change Student Options to display the Student Services: Student Options page.
  3. Click the button next to the setting that you want to select for each option. When you're finished, click Change Option Settings.

   Have CompuMaster Online Training e-mail you your username and password (in Student Services)
   If you forget your username and password, CompuMaster Online Training will automatically email them to you. All you have to do is make the request through Student Services.

To have CompuMaster Online Training email you your username and password:

  1. Click on Student Services from the top menu bar, or click the Student Services link at the bottom of the page, to display the Student Services page.
  2. Click Request Username and Password to display the CompuMaster Online Training: Student Services: Send Password page.
  3. Click the Email address text box and enter your email address. Note: You must enter the same email address you used when you first created your CompuMaster Online Training account. When you're finished click Submit.
